Easy Breadsticks

Mix together-
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
1 T. honey or some sweetener
1 t. salt
Let stand for 5 mins.
Then slowly add 4- 41/2 c. white flour. Knead until the dough is soft and elastic but not sticky to the touch, but not too dry.
Then shape into sticks, place on greased cookie sheet. Brush on butter and sprinkle on seasonings- parmesan cheese, season salt, sweet basil, dill weed, or etc., use your imagination.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10- 15 mins, or until lightly brown.
This is great for a kids activity, they can make any shape they want and eat it after it bakes.

Peaunt Butter Dough Balls

1 c. powdered milk Ann Homer
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
Mix all together, then form into balls, and roll in granola, coconut, oatmeal, or cocoa or brown sugar. Let sit in fridge for an hour before serving.

This recipe is best when made for kids. Just let them play around with the dough or use cookie cutters to make shapes. They can eat it as they play with it.
